10.5 Troubleshooting key recovery

The following errors can occur when attempting request key recovery:

• WS30027 – Please select only certificates for a single owner.

• WS30028 – At least one certificate must be selected.

• WS30029 – Certificate to recover {Object ID} is not a valid certificate.

• WS30030 – Certificate to recover {0} is not archived.

• WS30032 – Certificates cannot be recovered for the selected card profile.

• WS30033 – The certificates selected have conflicting recovery storage types. A request cannot include certificates that require both software only and hardware only policies.

• WS30034 – The certificates selected have conflicting recovery storage types.

• WS30036 – Device is not at valid status for recovery.
